Counseling Services

All counseling services at RVA are free and confidential. All services are provided by master’s level therapists and interns pursuing graduate level degrees in counseling, psychology, or social work. RVA provides counseling for survivors ages 12 and older. Services include:

  • Individual counseling (available in English and Spanish)
  • Group counseling
  • Family counseling
  • Couples counseling
  • School-based counseling (per request)
  • Art therapy
  • Trauma-informed care with evidence-based modalities

Services are offered to survivors and their non-offending loved ones.
